Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to Invoizmo paid SaaS plans and digital feature access.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal anytime before the next billing cycle. Your current paid access remains active until the plan expiry date visible in your account settings.
Refund window
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days from payment date for first-time purchases. After 7 days, refunds are generally not provided because access is granted instantly.
How to request a refund
Email support@invoizmo.com with your registered email, payment id, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
